• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within less than 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a 100% charge.
• If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment, and charges may still apply.

Deposit Policy:

• A deposit may be required for certain services, payable at the time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Medical Consent & Records:

• You confirm that all information provided regarding your medical history is accurate and up to date.
• If your medical condition changes, you must inform us before your treatment.

Under 18s Policy:

• Our services are designed for adults 18 years and older.
• We do not offer treatments for individuals under 18 years old.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment Methods:

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
• Payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds:

• Payments for treatments already provided are non-refundable.
• Refunds for prepaid services are available only if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
• Custom treatments and medical devices are non-refundable once they have been ordered or manufactured.
